Delhi Police Housing Corporation Limited (DPHCL)

Incorporation: Delhi Police Housing Corporation Limited was formed after the approval of Hon'ble President of India vide MHA'S letter Dated 02.06.2006 through Note for the Cabinet and incorporated in November' 2007 under Companies Act, 1956. 

Objective: It has been established with a view to develop the capacity for faster utilization of outlays for construction and repair/maintenance of Residential and non-Residential building of Delhi Police.

Motto:  DPHCL has its motto of providing “Pleasant, Accessible and Durable” housing to Police Personnel.
